Leah at the front desk was especially kind and explained the public transportation clearly. The staff were friendly and helpful, and we were pleased with housekeeping and the breakfast service too. The pool and gym were nice, though both felt a bit limited in space. We had a very pleasant stay and highly recommend the hotel.

The staff were really helpful, and dining options nearby were convenient and good. The room was clean and quiet, though it felt a little dated. The Keurig had a basic coffee selection, and the fridge mostly worked but ran a bit warm. The bed and linens were usable, not especially comfortable but serviceable. It was moderately overpriced for the room, though maybe the quiet and cleanliness were worth it. Close to theaters. A solid 3.5.

We’ve stayed here many times, but this visit made us feel more unwelcome than ever. My wife came in exhausted after a long day at work and just wanted to get to our room. Anthony at the front desk didn’t look up from his screen for a full minute. When he finally did, there was no greeting, just, “Name and reservation number?” When she asked a simple question about the reservation, he rolled his eyes. She asked him to clarify because his reply was short and mumbled, and he snapped at her. He was dismissive and rude, with no basic courtesy, and made her feel small and uncomfortable. He then left her waiting in the lobby for two hours until I arrived, which was completely unacceptable. His attitude ruined our night, and we won’t return. Please stay elsewhere, like the Magnolia hotel or at C Baldwin, where the staff actually know what hospitality means.

Mariela from the restaurant was so attentive and made sure we had what we needed. She and the rest of the staff made us feel welcome, and I’m grateful for that. I was here on a work trip, and both the room and breakfast were excellent. Looking forward to my next stay.
