I couldn’t cancel because they refused to refund me, so I ended up staying. The bed was dirty. When I asked for fresh sheets, they came the next day with just a sheet, leaving the pillows and blanket unchanged. Later, the housekeeper refused to clean. The fridge smelled so bad I couldn’t keep food in it or even on the table because everything felt dirty. The rooms were in terrible shape, some smelled strongly of cigarettes and others had a foul odor. There were bugs everywhere, and I kept my bags shut because I was worried something would crawl inside. It was hard to sleep for the same reason. The place looks nothing like the photos, and I wouldn’t recommend even one night here.

I stayed one night and killed three cockroaches, including one on the bed. Keep your bags zipped up. The hallway on the second floor, right above reception, smelled like cigarettes and weed, and the room itself was a bit dark. They gave me only one bath towel, with no shampoo, lotion, trash can, tissues, or clothes hangers, and nowhere to hang clothes. The shower also ran out of hot water after 3-4 minutes, so I had to hurry. I checked in December 2025 and wouldn’t come back because of the safety and cleanliness issues, roaches, and other problems.

The staff were pleasant and helpful, and I got good rest in a quiet, clean room. I did occasionally see roaches, though, and my bathroom didn’t have a showerhead.

There was noise upstairs around 4-4:30 a.m., and the front desk didn’t answer the phone. In the room, the bathroom was missing tiles, there was no toilet paper, and the remote for the 24-inch TV was broken. My key card kept failing, and I saw German cockroaches.

We stayed for over two months, and the price was fair. Whenever we had a complaint or concern, the attentive staff handled it right away. The room was very nice, and the hotel treated my husband and me well. I’d recommend it to anyone looking for a long-term stay.
