Crystal Inn Downtown

The staff were extremely kind and welcoming, and ready to help with anything we needed. The room was clean and comfortable, and we felt safe throughout our visit. The property is in great condition, and it seems clear the staff care about keeping it that way. We'd gladly stay again and recommend it.

Service was a real highlight. Everyone I met was courteous, professional, and eager to help, whether answering a question, offering a recommendation, or just greeting me. The location was convenient for nearby attractions, restaurants, and other needs, while the setting still felt peaceful. Common areas were well maintained, and the fitness center and dining options were clean and easy to access. My room was spacious and spotless, with thoughtful details like modern decor, useful lighting, and plenty of storage. The bed and quality linens made it easy to relax after a long day. The bathroom had an upscale, clean look, strong water pressure, and plenty of fresh towels and toiletries. Check-in was smooth and efficient, and I was warmly welcomed in an elegant, comfortable lobby. The hotel exceeded my expectations in almost every way. It balances comfort, quality, and service really well. I'd recommend it for a relaxing stay and wouldn't hesitate to come back.

My husband is staying here for a week, and we're very disappointed about what happened to his meal prep. We had prepared lunches and dinners for the whole week and stored them in the room. After the first day, his food was gone. We found out the meals had been thrown in the trash without his permission. That caused a lot of frustration and wasted our time, money, and effort. Guests should be able to trust that their belongings, including food in their room, won't be touched or discarded. The hotel needs to address this and make sure staff are trained not to remove guests' things. We hope management takes it seriously. This was unacceptable.

Really spacious room, and the shower looks just like the pictures. The ambient lighting is a nice touch. Everything was very clean and the room looked great.
