Extended Stay America Suites Houston Med Ctr Greenway Plaza

The quiet atmosphere and convenient spot near restaurants and stores made this an easy place to stay. My room was clean and comfortable, with what I needed for a longer visit, including a kitchenette and free Wi-Fi. The staff were professional, friendly, and ready to help. For the price, it was a great value. I had a very pleasant stay at Extended Stay America and would come back and recommend it to anyone looking for an affordable, comfortable extended-stay hotel.

We stayed at Extended Stay America Suites – Houston – Med Ctr – Greenway Plaza from February 26-March 1, and it was one of our worst hotel experiences. We asked for a refund after all the disruptions and poor conditions, but they refused. The elevator was already broken when we arrived and had apparently been out for two weeks. We had to carry our bags and belongings up three flights, with no warning or accommodation offered. That alone should have meant a discount. Dogs barked constantly, and the fire alarms went off several times during the night and early morning. Staff gave us no clear explanation. There was no housekeeping or effort to check on guests. If you needed towels, you had to bring your dirty ones down three flights before they'd give you clean ones. There was no customer service. This didn't meet basic hospitality standards. If you value sleep, safety, and simple service, book somewhere else.

I spent three weeks here. The room was spacious, though its decor felt old and depressing. Staff were amazing, and they cleaned my room several times. For the price, I had a decent stay. Thanks, especially to the night staff for helping bring back some quiet nights.

The manager, Avi, gives first-rate service and makes sure guests feel welcome. I also appreciated how brightly lit the parking lot was, which gave me real peace of mind about my vehicle's security. Great value and an excellent stay.
