The location was handy, near a medical center and mall, with a Denny’s right out front, though you need a car to reach most places nearby. Still, I wish the staff had been truthful about our mail and kept guest conversations private. Our family had been receiving mail there for about a year. Nearly a month after we left, we asked to have it held because we planned to come back for it, and they agreed. When we returned, it was gone. A front desk clerk said another employee, Nelda, had put it in outgoing mail without telling us. I had also told two or three employees I was coming back. There were lots of roaches, and smoke from people smoking lingered in the halls. The front desk staff talked about other guests with guests they regularly spoke to. We heard plenty of stomping from rooms above, along with running and kids screaming. When we stayed there, Nelda also tended to complain about coworkers and the job. The lights would go out randomly now and then, and the walls were thin enough that we could hear people arguing in other rooms.

I've stayed at more than 30 Extended Stay Hotels while traveling for work, and this one is my number one. The property and grounds were spotless and well maintained. The staff were especially accommodating, kind, and courteous, with customer service clearly a priority. Thanks so much, Extended Stay team.

I felt really unsafe here. The room smelled awful, and the odor was coming from the A/C. The people coming and going seemed very sketchy, and it was loud all night. I don't know what kind of operation is going on there, but it's not somewhere I'd want to stay. I wouldn't stay at another Extended Stay after this.

The woman at check-in was as kind as she could be, and seemed embarrassed by the condition of the place and, even worse, the smell. There were people playing music in the lobby around midnight. I went up to my room but didn't even want to get out of the elevator. The second floor had a bad odor, apparently one nobody knew how to explain, and it made me feel sick. She moved me to another room, but that smelled the same. Then another room, same thing. Don't stay here 🤮
