Fallbrook RV Resort

I've lived here for four years and was thinking about moving out, but things have improved a lot since Brenda became resort manager. She really cares, and it shows in how well the place is run. During this freeze she handled everything calmly and professionally. I went into the office and saw two guests being rude to her about the water shutoff. She explained what was going on clearly, but they kept being disrespectful, and I felt I had to step in. This is an awesome resort.

Brenda, the property manager, works incredibly hard and stays on top of things. She's friendly and helpful, and goes out of her way to make sure guests are comfortable and looked after. I met her husband too, and he was helpful as well.

I spent two weeks at this RV Park and loved it. The spaces were tidy and wide enough to park beside my RV, with nice grassy areas around the sites. In the evenings I could walk around the large park with my dog, and despite the busy area it was quiet at night. I didn't use the pool, but it looked clean and really nice. I'd gladly stay here again.

A weekend spot at Fallbrook turned into a month-long stay when I needed to be near the hospital for my loved one. Mr. Prawl helped with the initial arrangements and made sure I had good options once I extended my stay. I'm from Mississippi and was dealing with a hard situation, so his effort to make things comfortable and smooth meant a lot. I work in customer service myself and recognize when someone goes beyond what's expected. Mr. Prawl did that with professionalism, understanding, and dedication, and it made a big difference during a stressful time. I highly recommend this location and commend him for his service.
