The furniture is pretty beat up. The chairs and couch could use replacement, along with a new mattress and a good paint job. Still, everything worked, and the staff were super friendly, from the young man who checked me in to the housekeeping supervisor. I’m on the third floor and assume certain floors get serviced each day. My housekeeping and pest control service is Monday, and that’s not optional, which is okay with me. That’s how you root out hoarders who harbor cockroaches and other pests none of us want. I’d generally give four stars, but the poor furniture brought my rating down a bit. There were roaches everywhere in my room, but I was told I had to stay there and would get NO REFUND because the room was “AS IS.” I filmed a walkthrough when I arrived and saw no roaches. Two hours later, they were on the ceiling, in the tub, on the plugs, in my shoes, everywhere. I have multiple time-stamped videos of killing them all through the night. The front desk brushed me off, with no concern or assistance and no sincere apology. I was left with no alternative but to spray Raid all night, suffocating my kids. Only MAINTENCE showed any care. “As is” shouldn’t mean I have to live with roaches. It’s wrong and inhumane. I’m disgusted, especially after stepping into my shoes and having two roaches come out. It may be affordable, but cheaper isn’t better. I should’ve gone somewhere else. I want a refund and somewhere clean for my kids. I wish I could give zero stars.

The laundry service is bad, so do your laundry at a house or laundromat. Ramesh is unfair. My daughter and I were told that walking around the property was loitering, even though we were walking for exercise to lower our blood sugar. They also need to replace the towels in the rooms.
