The room was nice, but the lock had no latch, so it seemed like anyone could break in easily. I also don't understand why there's guest laundry but no change available. Are guests supposed to use the convenience store across the street? No reasonable adult has time for that. And charging extra to my card before check-in without doing a hold is a terrible policy. The area must be bad for that kind of business to be going on.

The studio suite was very nice, and the staff were friendly. It was super clean, and they're clearly trying to improve the area. I did notice a musty smell from the A/C unit. It would also help to have inexpensive pots, pans, and plates in the room so guests can use the stove and keep refrigerated items.

O’Neal was kind, patient, and professional, with such gentle vibes and a beautiful smile. The bed is super comfy, and the clean room smells fresh. It feels like a one-bedroom apartment. Found the microwave, ayeeee. 10/10, I'll come back here when I'm in Houston.

This is my number one spot when I visit. The rooms are big and spotless, and the beds are so comfortable. O’Neil at the front is sweet and accommodating. Highly recommend.
