Visitors can go straight to the room they've been invited to, and the property has a no loitering rule. Security cameras cover the grounds to support guests' security and privacy. The property is well maintained, the owner pays close attention to guests' needs, and check-in is simple and straightforward.

The rooms were dirty and in awful shape, nowhere near what you'd expect. From the moment I arrived, the front desk receptionist had a terrible attitude. He didn't even answer a simple good evening. I wouldn't recommend this place. There are much better options for the same price or less.

The room service came by twice a day from what I noticed, and was available at nearly any time of day or night. If you need toiletries or extra towels, you can ask and they'll bring them. The parking lot is clean, and security is on site at night. Max, the daytime property manager, was an absolute God send. My young family had just relocated here after escaping a very hard situation, and he showed us wonderful hospitality. He went out of his way to make sure we were taken care of and gave us great advice. This place really helped us get back on our feet.

The rooms smell great, but the service was terrible, especially if you're a person of color. Most of the customers here right now are people of color, which makes it crazy. Do better, Palace Inn. I'm currently homeless and paying weekly for hotel rooms. This was my first week at the Palace Inn, from Monday to Monday. The manager watched my every move and questioned how full my van was. I told him it was rude to point out that it was full of my belongings. The next day the A/C had blown out, so I called the office just to let them know. The same guy came in and was more concerned about how many of my things were in the room. I reminded him I was leaving the next day, so there was no need to worry about damage since I'd only been there a week. If you want to be treated this way, come on over to The Palace Inn.
