I only needed a bed for the night, but the place was so dirty and stained that I was trying to put up with it. Then water bugs and roaches came out. I checked out fast. When I asked for a refund, they said I had to request it within the first 20 minutes. Do not stay here. If I could give negative stars, I would.

They make you show ID for anyone and everyone coming in, and if they see you going to another person's room, they call your room, even when both people have lived there for YEARS. It’s insane. The rooms have 1970 comforters and the floor smells like urine, but they act like it’s a five-star hotel. Yeah, a five-star ROCH hotel!

The carpet was filthy and the room was disgusting. There was mold throughout it, and as soon as I went in, I got a headache and my throat glands swelled. I’d paid for the room but couldn’t sleep in it, so I stayed in my car in their parking lot. I didn’t even ask for a refund.

The morning receptionist at the front desk is great and greets you with a smile. Housekeeping is good, and one of the maids works harder than all the other cleaning ladies. An Asian lady says all Black men look the same. Isn’t that racist? I asked her if she opened her eyes maybe she’d see we’re not all the same. Maybe her eyes are too tight.

I’ve lived here for three years, and it’s very quiet and peaceful. The inside and the rooms are kept clean. When you have nothing, you appreciate something, and this is a great place to stay while traveling with family and friends. It feels very safe, and I’d definitely recommend it. Five stars all the way around.
