I was nervous at first, but the hurricane meant there was nothing else available, so I stayed. The room was clean and the pillows were comfortable. One was so good it stopped my neck pain for the first time in two years, and they’re lucky I didn’t take it. The annoying part was checkout: they start ringing the room an hour before, then knocking if you’re still there five minutes before checkout. Aside from that, it was worth the stay.

The price is affordable, but this room needs more cleaning. Room 114 had a bad smell, and the sheets looked old and reused, with stains that wouldn't come out. I also didn't like the cleaning staff entering when we weren't there without letting us know. Keep your valuables safe, since you never know if someone cleaning might take them.

It was quiet, convenient, clean, and nice during my stay. My only suggestion is to improve the shower heads, which could use an upgrade. Otherwise, it was a good hotel and I'll stay here again.

We checked in at 8:14 PM just to drop our bags, then left. When we came back at 11:30, the room smelled foul and the bed was only half made. We couldn't sleep there, so we told the office attendant we were leaving and asked for the $87.25 charged to my card back. She refused. In my experience, even one-hour motels have been cleaner and better equipped than this place. We had 3 hours and 46 minutes before a New Year party and ended up going back to the room, realizing what a bad choice we'd made. We couldn't stay under any circumstances, but still got no refund. What a trash place.
