Staybridge Suites Houston W - Westchase Area

We liked our stay in this quiet hotel. The rooms are spacious, and the kitchen is nearly full, though there’s no oven, which still made it easy to save money by cooking. The bed and pillows were extremely comfortable, and the towels felt luxurious. I liked the shower, but it may not suit little kids used to baths. Breakfast was extensive and included with the room, with plenty of drinks, although the coffee could be better. The toilet paper also didn’t match the hotel’s quality.

The room felt like a little studio apartment, with a stocked kitchen, full-size fridge, dishwasher, dishes, glasses, utensils, and detergent, plus a small sectional. The bed was super comfortable, with both firm and soft pillows. Breakfast had tons of choices, from waffles and oatmeal toppings to eggs, sausage, bacon, pastries, fruit, cereal, coffee, tea, and juice. The whole place was clean and modern, and the staff were welcoming. There’s a cute gym and an outdoor pool, though it was crowded when I visited. The area was decent and close to several shopping centers. For the price, this fairly new hotel beat what I expected. I’ll definitely come back. 😊

We had a two-bedroom suite with our own kitchen, and the rooms were nice and well equipped. The hotel is only four months old and has great facilities, including an outdoor pool, free laundry, fitness center, family room, and outdoor BBQ. My one complaint is that the shower pressure is a little low, so washing takes longer. Everything else was awesome, and I’d recommend it.

The room was clean and nice, and the glass-walled walk-in shower was a big plus for me. I pretty much passed out as soon as I got in, and a good bed is a good bed. This is a new building, so everything looked nice. There’s an outdoor pool, but it was too cold for me to use it. On one of Houston’s few cold days, the fireplace in the outfit line was a nice touch. The hotel sits on a side street off the freeway, and without GPS you could easily miss it. One inconvenience: after 10pm you need a key to enter. I checked in at midnight, but the desk clerk was away, so I had to wait for them to come back. I understand the security reason, and other hotels do it too.
