River Hill Inn & Suites

The pool and hot tub area was the highlight for us. It's huge, with lots of windows, vaulted ceilings, wood feature walls, and trim that gave it a log cabin feel. Even the mix of cabin and chlorine smells was nice. The hot tub is especially big, and our son had a blast in the pool while my fiance and I relaxed in the tub. We paid less than $100 a night for a weeknight in the off-season, which felt like a shockingly good deal for such a quiet, family friendly place. Our room was spacious, very clean, and smelled fresh. The rest of the property was tidy too, inside and out, with no smoke smell or garbage around. Breakfast was ready in the large dining room each morning. Mika welcomed us and checked us in. She was friendly, helpful, accommodating, and just a cool person. The supervisor we briefly met at check-in was kind and cool as well. The location worked great for us. My husband, teenage son, and I stayed two weeknights and had such a good time that this will be our go-to whenever we need a place in Hudson. We have paid a lot more elsewhere for a lot less. Thanks to the staff, we had a really positive stay and will tell people about it. We hope it stays just as it is.
