Americas Best Value Inn Aldine Westfield

A few hours after checking out, I realized I’d left my white long-sleeved Nike shirt behind and called to pick it up. They said the housekeepers had already left and they’d check the next morning. When I followed up, they said housekeeping hadn’t found anything in the room. That seems impossible. The shirt was in plain sight and hard to miss. It’s pretty clear to me that the housekeepers stole it.

This has been my best hotel experience. The rooms were exceptionally nice and the whole place was very clean and quiet. The staff were professional and friendly too, which isn’t always how it goes at hotels. This one is amazing.

I stayed one night, but the room smelled really bad and was filthy. There was hair all over the unclean sheets. I tried calling the office, got no answer, and decided to leave.

My upstairs room had clearly been renovated. It was roomy and spotless, with a couch, table, desk, a nice sized fridge, and a microwave. The water pressure was great, the Direct TV had hundreds of channels, and it was quiet throughout my three-night visit. The owners and front desk were so sweet when I arrived and kind the whole time. Booking was easy, and they gave me a military discount. For the price and amenities, I’d definitely recommend it. Thanks so much! I’d been skeptical after reading a couple of bad reviews, but I didn’t have a single complaint.
