The mattress was really comfortable, and both the room and bathroom were clean and nice, with no sign of bed bugs. What stood out most was how honest the staff were. After a tiring day checking in while my brother was visiting on vacation, I accidentally left my wallet and phone at the front desk. They put them in lost and found and returned them the next morning. I was surprised and impressed. This is honestly one of the best hotels I’ve stayed at, and I’d recommend it to friends visiting.

There were plenty of parking spaces, but the lot was uncovered and unguarded, and they only told me at check-in that parking cost $10 per night. I’d asked for a quiet room, but a dog kept barking and I couldn’t sleep. When I told the desk, the employee was rude and said they were pet friendly. I asked if they were people friendly too, and she said nothing could be done. The management here is terrible.

We had to extend our stay for family reasons, and it was absolutely no problem. The staff were friendly and very helpful, and the room was clean and comfortable. The location is fantastic, with the freeways just a few minutes away. We’ll stay here again.

The room smelled like someone had just showered, and there was a horrible cat litter and cigarette smell too. I booked 6 nights but only stayed 4. The front desk staff called the cops, made me leave, and left me outside in the rain. They locked me out, so I had to ask a housekeeper to let me in to get my belongings. The manager, Bill, accused my girlfriend of breaking into the hotel, even though they never asked for her ID at check-in or made clear she had to check in. My reservation was for 3 adults. Bill also told a paying guest to lose their attitude and wished me luck living with my girlfriend. I’m a manager myself, and that’s flat-out unprofessional. I’ve stayed at way better hotels. I’d never stay here again. Do not stay here under any circumstances. MOTEL 6 is a better option, or go to the Marriott, Hilton, or even the Areyes hotel across the street.
