The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the location is great for Hunter mtn. Our host was polite and quick to respond to requests. The room was very hot, though, with no thermostat to turn it down, and it could really use more lighting.

We were two guys looking for an affordable, comfortable place to sleep and shower for one night near the slopes, which we could see from the window. It did the job, and we’ll definitely come back if it’s available.

We had a perfect ski getaway here. It’s clean, comfortable, pet friendly, and just minutes from Hunter Mountain. There’s also a really fun game room with a pool table, ping pong, video games, and a big-screen TV.

Being pet friendly was a big plus for us. Hunter Mountain Ski Resort is just a short drive away, check-in was easy, and management responded quickly.

The mountain setting is lovely, and the rooms inside are clean and clear. But ours had a strong dusty, wooden smell, like cheap, poorly treated wood from a DIY renovation. The upper bathroom window is transparent and really needs a shade. If you shower at night, someone walking close by could see in. It would be easy to add a shade, so the fact that there isn’t one is frustrating.
