The housekeeping setup worked fine for me. They only clean on request, but on a longer stay they check in if you need towels, toilet paper, or anything like that. They also don’t make you switch rooms after a week like some hotels do. The rooms were really clean and comfortable, more like being at home than in a hotel. There’s a mini market, free breakfast, an indoor pool, and a gym. The breakfast was so good, and you can make as many waffles as you want. The staff were amazing too. For the price, what this hotel offers is crazy good. Best cheap hotel stay, hands down. Great for a little vacation or just staying over. Thanks, Comfort Suites, for taking care of me and my family.

After a long travel day, I had booked this place in advance, but I should have trusted my first impression in the lobby. My mother isn’t very mobile, or we would have left. I should have pulled back the mattress pad and checked before staying. The place was absolutely disgusting, but booking it was my fault.

We’d paid well over $600 for a week, so I expected a clean room when we checked in. Instead, the bed had semen on it, there was toothpaste in the sink, and the shower had mildew. It was clear they had no cleaning standards. I spoke to the front desk girl, who said they wouldn’t change rooms or clean ours because the cleaner was leaving for the day. The manager initially refused to come down and talk to me, then became combative and threatened to kick me and my two children out. He said they wouldn’t clean or move us because they might “sale out” the next day. This is absurd.

We were made to leave the seven-night stay we’d already booked and paid for, instead of having the room put right. The manager finally said he would clean it, but the after pictures showed what that meant. He had removed the bed skirt with semen on it, then came down insisting I was wrong. If there wasn’t a problem, why take it off? The bedding and sofa had semen on them, there was toothpaste in the sink, and mold in the shower. The manager refused at first to clean the room or move us. There was no customer service or consideration for our well-being. They even called the police on me and my two children for discussing the room’s condition with other guests who had the same complaints.
