The employees were nice, and for a low-budget hotel the stay was mostly what you'd expect. A few things were frustrating, though. The toilet needed manual help to flush, and the front desk showed us how to lift the lid and shake something until it refilled. The bathroom door wouldn't stay shut; it kept opening a couple of inches, so there was hardly any privacy. After breakfast at 7:45, our keys stopped working and we had to go back to the office to get into the room. Breakfast was edible but pretty weak for this kind of hotel, and there was no decaf. When we first walked to our room, groups of people were standing outside talking and smoking. They scared my wife, so she locked the door. I think they were just people temporarily working nearby and hanging out, and our room itself didn't smell of smoke.

It was okay, but much too expensive. I left behind a bottle of perfume that was a special Christmas gift. When I went back, I was told they had it and that the maintenance lady had it on her cart. Then she said she had no idea what I meant. That was really disappointing. Best Western needs to do better.

It's clean and tidy, and cheap enough, but the place is worn out. The heaters and air conditioners don't work, and there's no elevator. It might be fine if you need somewhere to put up a work crew in the area, but anyone wanting a nice stay should look elsewhere. The owners seem to be doing their best to keep it going.

The rooms were clean and easy to access, and everyone was friendly. The front desk clerk was especially helpful and efficient. I'd happily recommend this place to other customers.

I've already stayed here twice for business and plan to come back. It's clean, in a central spot that's easy to reach, and breakfast is included with some hot options. The only thing keeping it from five stars for me is the lack of an elevator.
