Sonya was always kind, and the service was the best. Every employee was fantastic.

The hot water here is something else, hot enough for pasta and a laundry hot cycle. This hotel is amazing, beautifully nuts. ❤️

The room was dirty, smelled bad, and the floors upstairs had grime built up, even though they mop the entrance. Roaches came out at night, people I didn’t know knocked on my door, and the water was cold or just lukewarm. The staff either made excuses, ignored my concerns, or didn’t respond. I rarely post reviews, but this place had every kind of hotel problem I could think of. There was no greeting when I arrived, and I felt like I was interrupting the staff’s day. The housekeeper was the only friendly employee. I cut my stay short and went down the street. Please don’t book here. You’ll regret spending your money, and there are much better options at the same price.

Sonya checked us in and Nicole checked us out, and both were so friendly and helpful, with great energy. The room was clean, so little things like a slow-draining kitchen sink and a missing bathroom doorknob didn’t bother us. Our stay was much better than the previous hotels we’d been at. This will be my go-to place in Huntsville for now.
