We had a friend's birthday and a card show to get to, and this hotel worked well as a stop between the two. It was a busy weekend, but the staff were respectful and professional. Our key quit working on day two, and the front desk gentlemen apologized and fixed it right away. They also checked that everything in the room was okay and asked if we needed anything. We enjoyed the stay and would come back.
For the price, Americas Best Value was better than I expected. The room was clean and comfortable, the bed was cozy, and everything worked as it should. Check-in was easy thanks to friendly, helpful staff. It isn't a luxury hotel, but it's an affordable, well-kept place to sleep, and I'd consider staying again.
The rooms were spacious, very clean, and smelled really good. The staff were so friendly and accommodating, with amazing customer service. I'd give this place a 10 out of 10 and recommend a visit. I'm in love with it, and I know I'll be back soon.
The outside looked pretty shady, so I was glad to find the room surprisingly clean when I got there. It is dated and could use an upgrade, but you can see they've put time and effort into keeping it comfortable and clean. Check-in service was excellent, and I'd definitely return.
The manager on duty was friendly and pointed me toward what I needed in the area. I travel for work and often find budget hotels a little run-down, but this whole property was clean, and the rooms seemed recently refreshed. I was very impressed. It felt high-end without the high price, so I'd recommend staying here.
