Best Western Driftwood Inn

The staff were lovely, and the room was clean, updated, and comfortable, from the bed to the shower. They welcomed my dog with a goodie bag at check-in and gave me a freshly baked cookie too. The 24/7 fitness center and indoor hot tub were a nice bonus. I was pleasantly surprised by how nice the hotel was for the rate. It’s right across from the waterfalls along the Snake River, and my room had a great view. Easily the best Best Western I’ve stayed at.

The only drawback for me was hearing the train horn around 6:30 in the morning, but I was getting up about then anyway, so it didn’t bother me much. It was nice being beside the river with good places to eat nearby. The room was clean and comfortable, with good pillows and a good bed. Staff were kind, and I enjoyed the breakfast during my stay last night.

The staff were friendly and clearly attentive to details. When we arrived on a cold evening, the lamp was already on and the heater had been turned up. Our room was clean, with fresh towels and linens, and the river views were beautiful from this central location. Breakfast was very good, with made-to-order omelets and homemade banana bread. We were very pleased with our stay at this BW and would recommend it for a visit to Idaho Falls.

Emily greeted me and made me feel welcome, like I’d made the right choice. She was bright and competent, and found an amazing room for me and my two dogs. It was very clean, and the beds were extremely comfortable. In the morning I had a made-to-order omelette, along with the rest of the fresh breakfast spread, which had plenty of variety. The price was more than reasonable. The location is hard to beat, right across the street from the beautiful snake river and the Falls. I was lucky to find this lovely Motel, and I won’t stay anywhere else when I’m in Idaho Falls. No reason to mess with perfection! I’d give it 10 stars if I could.
