Quality Inn Idaho Falls

We stayed four nights, and housekeeping never came to our room. The toilet also ran all night unless we jiggled the handle. After a long day of flying we couldn’t get hot water for showers, and the bathtub was disgusting. Our room smelled strongly of urine as soon as we opened the door, and the floors were dirty. We were on the main floor and could hear the people above us the whole time. Even getting to the room was a problem: check-in and the free breakfast were in a different hotel. As we passed the pool, half of it looked murky brown. The pictures did not match what we found. I wish we’d paid a little more for somewhere else.

The location is great, but the room was in shambles. There were stains on the beds and sheets, a dirty tub, leaks everywhere, and water or other unknown stains on the doors and walls. I saw mildew, bugs, and layers of dust caught in the popcorn ceiling. The photos make it look like the place had a facelift, but I’d spend extra to stay somewhere else nearby. I’ll never return. You won’t want to shower here, let alone sleep. Honestly, I was beside myself. Learn from my review and pay for something nicer.

There were cobwebs and dead bugs coming down from the ceiling, and we had to switch rooms because murky brown water was leaking through the bathroom ceiling. We asked for a rollaway bed, but it never showed up. The place was not clean at all, and I wouldn’t recommend staying here.

We had to stay because everywhere else was full, and it was the worst. The bathroom leaked brown water from the ceiling, and the replacement room was just as bad. Cobwebs and trapped bugs lined the ceiling and wall; there was thick dust on the floor that turned our socks black. The toilet seat had pubic hair, and what looked like diarrhea stayed in the bowl after flushing. Staff gave no warning about construction, so hammering and pounding started at 8 a.m. Zero stars.
