For the price, the hotel was decent, and the owner was accommodating, especially with my 1:30am check-in. The fridge was nice, though the rooms have a 70s style. I requested a non-smoking room but switched because the smell lingered. The shower hadn't drained by the time I left, and the toiletries were from three different nearby hotels. I'd stay again if I needed to.

Tom and LeAnn were so nice, and whenever anything came up, they dealt with it right away. We stayed about a month while my husband was building a tank nearby, and the weekly price was very, very reasonable. If another job brings us back to the area, we'll definitely stay again. Thanks for the experience, guys.

The rooms really need updating, and they don't smell good. During this recent stay we had no hot water either in the evening or the next morning. We asked for a full refund but only got a partial one. We were told the owner would come fix it that afternoon. The man who told us this said he was the manager, but he was actually the owner. Just be honest. My first stay here with a guest was okay, but this one wasn't good.

I was in town for one business night, a little farther north, and the location was convenient on my way to the site. The host was nice enough and let me rent with payment only, no credit card required. The room smelled like old smoke and was run down, though the bathroom and towels were clean. If I'd known, I would've brought flip-flops for the shower.

The deadbolt on the door didn't work, and the room had a pizza box and books on the floor when we checked in. There were Kroger bags in the dresser drawers, black mold inside around the windows, and the carpet was so dirty my feet actually stuck to it. I'm very unhappy and will never stay here again.
