For what you pay, the room is at least reasonably clean, even if the rest of the hotel isn't. The staff didn't seem interested in making things comfortable or helping with simple requests. Since my dog was in the room, we didn't get maid service. When I asked for towels that night, the desk acted as if that was too much, and I had to bring back our dirty ones to get the only two they had left. Maybe other people had taken them, who knows. You get what you pay for.

We like how quiet it is here, especially since we're out late and sleep in. The rooms are consistently clean, and the staff are always accommodating. We look forward to staying again.

The lobby and online photos made the hotel look decent, but the rooms were a different story. I saw dirty ceilings, dusty lampshades, and worn sheets with burn holes. It wasn't worth the money. I tried to cancel as soon as I arrived. I work for the same hotel company and expected a discount, and after going back and forth on the phone, the front desk guy said I'd get a refund. Weeks later, I was still charged for about three nights 💀.

We stayed only an hour because we tried to give the room a chance, but it got bad enough that we left. There weren't any other rooms available, so our choice was to sleep on a stained, filthy bed in cigarette smoke or find somewhere else. We went elsewhere. I picked a bug off the bed, the sheets and pillows were stained, there were burnt cigarette holes in the sheets, and the towel had brown stains. The room smelled of cigarettes as soon as we walked in. I have a broken nose and could still smell it. The front desk guy suggested it might be because it was an outside room. The toilet already had toilet paper in it, and when we complained about not having clean towels to shower with, the response was, “you used the shower you can’t get a refund”. I was told I was wrong to leave, even though we couldn't stay in a room that wasn't clean and there were no alternatives. The $90+ isn't what matters to me now, it's the principle of getting a refund for somewhere we couldn't stay.
