I’ve stayed here probably more than ten times, in around five different rooms, and haven’t had a problem. The rooms are very clean, with bright white sheets and bedding that I’ve never seen stained. Housekeeping does a fantastic job, and the staff work hard to make sure your stay goes well. Breakfast is always fresh: scrambled eggs, toast, muffins, fresh fruit, yogurt, cereal, coffee, and several juices. It’s quiet every time we’re here. With our two little kids, ages one and two, we may be the loudest guests, and they love it too. I stay in hotels often, and this is the best and most affordable one I’ve visited. I almost didn’t want to write a review because I’d like to keep this gem to myself, but my family’s needs have been met every time. Ten out of ten.

The breakfast was decent, but the stained bed comforters and the hotel’s general condition really need attention and major updates. The hotel and rooms smelled of old cigarettes. The toilet took 30 minutes after a flush before it could be flushed again. No one was at the front desk, and when a man finally showed up, he didn’t greet us.

I gave this place a good review a few years ago, but now I wouldn’t pay a penny to stay here. There are roaches, and management doesn’t seem to care. The woman at the front desk had a terrible attitude. There are leaks and they don’t seem to care about the mold either. Please just don’t stay here. I had to get traps, it was that bad.

The price should have warned me. The lobby stank, and I had to wait because no one was at the desk. The room smelled even worse. The TV didn’t work, so they moved me to another room, where the window was wide open and had no screen. The toilet wouldn’t refill, so I had to fill the trash can from the tub and pour water into it myself. The carpet hadn’t been vacuumed when I arrived. I’ll think twice before staying at another Baymont.
