Quality Suites

The lobby looked unclean, and the TVs didn't work. Breakfast was nearly nonexistent. The coffee looked like it had been brewed into a small planter or trash bin. At checkout, I had to wait because the front desk attendant was outside smoking. When he came in, he didn't know how to make me a receipt. I wrote down my email and left, but still haven't received one. Easily the worst place I've stayed.

Breakfast was good: biscuits and gravy, hot ham, and scrambled eggs. The room was mostly clean, though it could have been cleaner, and the shower spout needs replacing. I couldn't get the shower going without feeling like I might break it. It was very quiet and felt like a residential area. We stayed Friday night, and there were only two other cars there.

Breakfast had plenty to choose from, and the front desk service was friendly. Our room was clean and so quiet we didn't hear anything. The bathroom drains were clogged and the water pressure was poor, though.

The staff tried to help fix the broken bed, and breakfast was okay, though it looked like it hadn't been restocked in a couple of weeks. The room itself was in rough shape: the drawers had come off their tracks and carpet was peeling up.
