I was road-tripping and realized kind of late in the day that I needed a room in Indianapolis. Booking through the CHOICE app was quick and easy, and I had a room reserved within minutes. Then I noticed I'd mistakenly booked it for the next day, not that night. Oops! Love at the front desk was able to get me in for the night without any problem. Thanks, Love! The room was clean and comfortable, and I slept like a log. Great location, plenty of parking, and lots of restaurants and shops nearby.

It’s a shame, because this place used to be much nicer. Now it feels dark, dirty, and creepy, and I didn’t feel safe there. Management has let it become somewhere to avoid, even though there are plenty of nicer places around College Park.

The elevator had dollar-store peel-and-stick wallpaper, which gave us a laugh. Our room carpet was gross and badly needed replacing, and the orange cleaner they use has a strong, unpleasant smell. Service was just okay, and they gave us the wrong room type at first.

The service was great and it wasn’t noisy, so you get what you pay for. But I was greeted by a roach just as I was about to check out. If I’d seen it sooner, I probably would’ve checked out earlier. 🫤

The staff were wonderful, really kind, and went out of their way to make sure we had a great stay. The bed was comfortable and breakfast was good. Some of the work, like the outlets, paint, and plumbing, looked like it had been done by the cheapest contractor, though.
