I’m beyond frustrated with this stay. I booked partly because of the pool, then arrived to find it completely closed during renovations. The website and booking page never mentioned the work. The room made things worse: there was hair from a previous guest in the shower, and I found a pill container under the bed. It clearly hadn’t been cleaned properly. The mini fridge wasn’t cold, the shower water was only lukewarm at best, and when I thought I’d take a bath instead, there was no stopper in the tub. The toilet barely flushed, too. For what I paid, that’s completely unacceptable. They’re charging full price for half the experience, with dirty rooms, broken amenities, and no transparency about the renovations. I won’t stay again, and strongly recommend looking elsewhere unless you enjoy paying to be disappointed.

The savings were small compared with hotels nearer the airport, and this stay wasn't worth it. We use this place when we have an early or late flight and hoped to catch a few hours of sleep, but remodeling noise kept us awake. Our first room was right beside the work area, unfinished, with no HVAC and a ladder inside. The desk clerk apologized and said she hadn't realized it couldn't be used, then moved us. Very disappointing.

About half the rooms are being refurbished. The updated room looked nice, but the bathroom work was poorly done. The old plumbing wouldn't let me shut off the shower head for a tub bath, and there were lots of holes in the wall around the shower curtain bar.

I knew ahead of time that remodeling was underway, but the third floor was still very much a construction zone when I was there today. If I owned the place, I'd be pretty mad at whoever's doing the job. The work doesn't look professional.

We left without spending the night, and I still didn't get my money back. Our family of five arrived at 1 a.m., checked in, and found dirty laundry on the floor, candy wrappers stuffed into the sofa bed, and snot with bits of hair stuck to the wall. With three small kids, that was disgusting. We went straight downstairs, told the front desk we weren't staying, and left. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone.
