Country Hearth Inn & Suites Indianapolis

I've been staying here since December 17, 2023, because it's the cheapest hotel in Indy, with a weekly rate of $201. The office won't let you change rooms even if yours has mold, saying they need the owner's approval first. They also make you move if you call the boarder health on them, especially if you call more than once. Housekeepers clean only once a week, don't do the rooms properly, and leave just two cups and one roll of toilet paper on cleaning day. The office doesn't check the rooms after housekeeping says they're done. Maintenance is horrible too. The bathroom hot water won't shut off all the way, and despite the maintenance guy saying he'd fix it, it still hasn't been fixed. This is the only horrible, nasty hotel I've been to and lived at.

Don't stay here. The carpet feels crunchy and sticky, the sink counter is falling apart, the tub is black and its paint is peeling, and there are bed bugs and roaches. All the staff are rude and inconsiderate. It's the cheapest for a reason.

This is my first choice on the east side when I need somewhere to stay. The rates are very affordable, and my room is nice and clean, with a flat-screen TV with cable, a refrigerator, and a microwave. The staff are always ready to help with a smile whenever I need to bother them. As long as you aren't causing problems, you shouldn't have any here.

The walkways have dumpster-level piles of trash and creak like they could break. Hallways and staircases are full of garbage, several doors are boarded up, and caution tape is scattered around. It all makes the place feel awful to stay in. It's run down, filthy, gross, and smells bad. Several people literally live here. Disgusting, vile, atrocious. Anyone with any human decency wouldn't stay here.
