Executive Inn

The room smelled musty, and there was still hair from the previous guests in the shower. The woman at check-in was rude, too. They advertised breakfast, but there wasn't any. Worst motel ever. I'll never come back.

We didn't even stay 15 minutes. The room was disgusting, with a dirty washcloth and a pubic hair in the bathroom, cigarette smell, and a toilet stained with piss. We left for lunch to figure something else out, then came back to ask for a refund. They kept our $370 and just said, "no refund policy." Extremely unprofessional and rude as hell. This place should be by the hour only.

Checkout was at 11am, but the front desk was knocking on my door at 10am. The customer service was rude, and there were communication barriers. Another customer's intoxicated guest was kicking a door, screaming, cursing, and acting obnoxiously. The customer left, but the intoxicated guest stayed behind and threw a trash container at my car after I wouldn't let her in to rest. One of the first things the front desk said was, "you deal with since you feel sorry for her." I had mercy for her until she started vandalizing things. This deserves no stars.

There was no room cleaning, just two cheap towels, and not even coffee or breakfast. No ice bucket or ice machine either, and nowhere to hang clothes. The neighborhood felt kind of funky, while street noise and thin walls let the next room's talking and TV come right through. On the second day, the electronic lock stopped working. The door jamb was wood with no metal, so it seemed anyone could push it in. Kind of like a Schitts Creek motel.
