I had a really good stay with no interruptions. The rooms were good, the staff were friendly, and getting hold of someone was easy. Whoever runs the place is doing a great job making it a nice environment. Shoutout to the GM for helping me get booked in. The GM was awesome.

The building feels safe and well kept, and the maintenance team and housekeeping are excellent. The manager, GM Ms.Colline, is professional, understanding, down to earth, and keeps everything in order, safe, and up to date. Rooms get a deep clean, and staff are knowledgeable, professional, and understanding. Prices are affordable, including for extended stays. If you’re in town, try inn town suites on post road. I think you’ll have peace of mind there and won’t regret the visit.
The GM paid attention to what we needed throughout our family stay and made us feel welcome. I also loved how my room was cleaned, it was phenomenal and smelled great.
The floors looked new and were kind of nice, but that was about the only good thing. The room looked nothing like the website photos of newly renovated rooms. Maybe we got a particularly bad one, but the furniture looked like it came from random dumpsters, the chairs were torn and full of holes, and the bedding looked like it was from 1950. The bathroom was so gross we tried bleaching the shower floor, but the stains wouldn’t come out. There were little roaches everywhere. We put our own bedding on the bed and wore flip-flops in the shower. Other guests looked scary or strung out, so I didn’t feel safe. We also heard nonstop moaning from the room on the right and children screaming in the room on the left. I wouldn’t stay again for $300 a week. I feel bad that my mom spent money on a stay here for me.
I stayed here to get some peace of mind, but I wouldn’t recommend it. The room was clean apart from urine stains on the bed, and the air conditioner leaked. The premium room was okay. They’re very strict, and police seem to come nearly every day. I never had trouble with employees except once, when I walked in carrying a liquor container on my way to my room, but that wasn’t something I was worried about. What bothered me was seeing staff speak rudely to other people who seemed to be in need. I’m a nurse and care for people who need help, and I’d never treat someone the way I saw them treated. Customer service is about how you talk to people. You never know what someone’s going through, and people fall on hard times. This is a low-income place, and it felt like low-income guests were being judged. The manager acts as if she owns the company, though she’s an employee. I give the place a zero. You never know how life can change, or who you might need someday.
