The room was really spacious and nice, and check-in was quick since it wasn’t busy. They were renovating while I was there, and I got one of the newly redone rooms. Good hotel at a good price, right by Indianapolis airport.

We had a wonderful stay. The staff were kind and greeted us warmly every time we came or went. Our flight wasn’t until 7:30pm, and Beatrice let us check out at 4:00pm because the room schedule allowed it. We were taking the hotel shuttle to the airport. This was the best customer service I’ve had at any hotel. Thanks so much to Beatrice and everyone who was so nice!

We came for Thanksgiving week to see family, and the room was clean, comfortable, and felt safe. We skipped housekeeping but requested fresh towels, which were brought while we were out. They’re doing upgrades, so the elevator was unavailable for part of a day while they replaced the flooring.

Jassy and Liz were genuinely great to talk to, and they also helped me sort out a late night TV problem. The Wi-Fi worked, but the TV wouldn’t connect for streaming. Jassy offered to troubleshoot at the desk if I couldn’t fix it, and together we came up with a solution that worked. I travel for work and rarely find front desk staff after midnight who take an issue seriously and try to solve it. Their kindness and care made a real impression. I’ll stay here next time I’m in the area.

I’m still out $35 for the Lyft to the airport. The hotel gave the driver the wrong address, then asked me to book my own ride and said they’d reimburse me. After at least 20 calls and emails over two months, they’ve stopped responding. The customer service has been horrible, and I’ll never stay at another hotel managed or owned by Ivy Hospitality. Beware of this company.
