Staybridge Suites Indianapolis Downtown Conv

The staff were great throughout our stay, and the lobby and dining area looked really pretty. The heater started making a rattling noise overnight, but I mentioned it in the morning and maintenance had fixed it by the time we got back. The pool and hot tub were a big plus, and I could relax while my kid swam right beside me. There’s also a gazebo and a nice fireplace. We came for a little getaway and I’ll definitely be back. Merry Christmas to the staff, and thanks for a great stay.

The hotel and service were great, and we could walk to Lucas Oil Stadium. I was there with my 9-year-old grandson, and my main gripe was the other kids. The breakfast area was chaotic, with children running around unsupervised, and there were too many kids in the hot tub while adults were using it.

We came for Monster Jam, and the hotel is right beside Lucas Oil Stadium. The room was clean and spacious, and breakfast had lots of good options. The front desk staff were rude and unhelpful, though. Also, charging $25 to park on site is ridiculous. Don’t tell me that cost isn’t already built into the room rate. It feels like another way to squeeze money out of guests. We’d come back, but they should drop the parking fee.

We felt safe staying here with our teenage kids, and had a quiet night’s sleep. That was a pleasant surprise in the middle of downtown, and the location couldn’t be more convenient. The place was very clean and well kept. I even saw an employee scrubbing the elevator floor with a toothbrush. The carpet and doors were new, and the office space was clean and up to date, which we used at night. The fitness room was nice and we used it several times. The hosts at the complimentary Social Hour were friendly. Highly recommend. Five stars. Iowa, March 2026.
