I was talking to a computer, but Max, a guy from overseas, was the one helping me. The service was amazing. He got me checked in fast, we had a great conversation, and when I left my key in the room he gave me another one. Shout out to Max, I’m amazed.

I’ve never stayed anywhere this awful. The place reeks of cigarettes, smells terrible, the white sheets have turned brown, the towels are brown and disgusting, and there were cockroaches everywhere. There’s a young woman at reception who was really cheeky. When I tried to cancel, she said I could stay the night and that the manager would cancel it and refund me tomorrow, around 11 AM. It was a complete mess and truly disgusting. I have tons of photos as proof, though I can’t add them here. I’ll add photos and a screenshot of what I was charged. I wouldn’t recommend anyone stay there. Most of the positive reviews seem to be from friends or fake.

The manager was very helpful with the fees for my disability service dog. The room was clean, I saw no bugs, and the kitchenette was really nice. No complaints from me, and I’d definitely stay again.

The room itself felt like a landlord special, and the hotel interior was dilapidated, with dim hallways and shoddy repairs. The lot had 2-4” of ice everywhere because they apparently couldn’t afford to plow or put down salt. There were UHaul rentals parked around the property, cutting into the parking available for guests. In my room, the remote had no batteries, and the rattling air conditioner meant I had to turn up the TV to drown it out. To check in, you have to scan your ID at a digital kiosk and deal with tech support at the front desk. Come on, staff it with actual people. There’s only a 50% chance someone is there to help with anything. Spend the extra 20-30$ on another hotel. If money’s tight, go somewhere else, lol. This is not a 2 star hotel.
