The kitchenette covered what we needed, and it was easy to get to the state parks. I stayed two nights; it was quiet and clean, with a good hot breakfast. The room rate was very reasonable, and I thought management provided decent value.

I called to ask whether this location offered extended stays. It looks very run down, and the parking lot always seems empty. The woman who answered was extremely rude. She said they didn’t offer extended stays and that their rooms were $150 a night. Her tone caught me off guard. I thanked her and hung up. I’m surprised the hotel is still open with customer service like that. No thanks, I’ll keep my BONVOY rewards.

The room was quiet and clean, and the staff were very friendly. It’s an older place, but it has been kept up well, and the room was great. There’s a barbecue restaurant at the front of the hotel. I only stayed one night. The room was on the expensive side at $150, so it wasn’t great value.

The location is great for getting to so many outdoor hiking trails. My room was very clean and had everything I needed to be comfortable. I’ll definitely come back.

The hot breakfast was great, and I’d recommend trying the BBQ restaurant next door. It’s quite good. This is an older-style roadside motel, but check-in went smoothly and the rooms were very clean and well furnished. I picked it partly for the strong reviews and rating, and it lived up to them.
