Dewey made check-in easy for our group. He was funny, efficient, and gave us useful information, and everyone else we met was welcoming too. Breakfast was great, and I had a really good stay at Las Colinas. The room felt dated and could use new carpet and fixtures. I also found the TV oddly placed right between the couch and bed.

Even with the ice storm, Monica kept the front desk going with a warm smile and kind words, and made sure we had what we needed. Our room was great, especially the fantastic towels. The people in the next room, Loyd, were noisy, but management spoke with them and we were able to sleep. A great stay.

I slept well on the firm king mattress, thanks to its soft topper and four plump pillows. The room was clean, comfortable, and in good shape, and the layout used the space well. The heater warmed everything quickly. Breakfast had plenty of hearty choices, and the staff were courteous and efficient. The fitness room was decently equipped and open 24/7, and parking was free. I would have liked an in-room safe and microwave, but the rate was good, so I can't complain.

The bed was comfortable, and for the price the stay wasn't bad. The hotel itself is nice enough, and its free breakfast is better than most. But the room had a strong musty smell, and the carpet was damp throughout. The TV was big, though it looked about 20 years old. The AC was stuck on full blast with the fan at full speed, and I couldn't adjust it, so I unplugged it. When I plugged it in the next day, the panel lights came on but the unit wouldn't start.

Dewey and Alicia kept their cool while the phones rang constantly and the lobby filled up, handling everyone's questions and requests. The rooms were spacious and clean, and the hotel is close to the airport. I only stayed one night, but I'd keep it in mind if I'm in the area longer.
