The banquet hall was lovely for our work event, and the food was great. Rosa took care of our table so kindly and stayed on top of everything. In the morning, Shadia handled my checkout, and Martin made a delicious omelet. The airport is close by, which was handy. My room was clean and quiet, though a little warm, and the pillows weren't the best. Still, it was a very pleasant stay.

Meredith and Cici turned a really stressful travel mess into a great stay. My flight was canceled and I thought I'd be sleeping at the airport for two days. When I called the Sheraton, they were outstanding and went out of their way to help. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and welcoming, and Thomas Porea was quick to clear our table and help with service. I've stayed in a lot of hotels over 20 years of travel, and this was the best experience I've had. I'd give it 10 stars if I could. Thank you, Meredith and Cici, and highly recommend this hotel!

The location right by the airport is pretty great, and the elevators were quick. I booked a premium room because the other options looked dated, and I was fairly happy with it. It was clean enough, with some scratches, and the food was okay with a lot of variety. The convention center is large, though a little old. My room faced away from the airport, so I didn't get a great view, and my key wouldn't open the Sheraton Club upstairs, possibly because I hadn't booked a club-level room. Service was decent, not outstanding. The hotel is old but clean, and I'd be happy to return.

The shuttle to the airport comes every 30 minutes, and I wish it ran every 15. The app is fabulous, though. It shows where the shuttle is, how long until pickup, and when pickup is complete. More hotels should use that. I also like the updated rooms, friendly and professional staff, and the scented shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, lotion, and hand soap. The smart TV has Netflix, Prime, YouTube, and other apps. Some rooms even look out at arriving flights, which is awesome.

With all the chaos at the airport, I was worried I wouldn't have anywhere to stay. I work for the airlines, and the front desk team gave me a room right away and treated me with so much kindness. Everyone was incredibly helpful given what was happening at work. I'm grateful they took care of me without hesitation. I'll always remember that warm hospitality. Thank you so, so much for everything!
