Sonesta ES Suites Dallas - Las Colinas

I've been here for 10 months, and this place and location have been fantastic overall. Short stays can go wrong for reasons outside anyone's control, like a room being left smelly by a previous guest or something needing maintenance. Usually things here are handled right away, and the property runs like a well-oiled machine. The laundry room was broken for a while, though, and it took longer than it should have to get the machines fixed. The front desk staff have all been friendly and helpful. Parth, the main guy, has gone above and beyond, passing along messages and making sure issues get addressed. Housekeeping is amazing, breakfast is solid, the pool stays in great shape, and the property is well cared for. The guy who helps with maintenance and keeps an eye on things has been great too. There's also a new young kid who's been really good and seems to care about doing the right thing and keeping the place running smoothly. These people deserve a lot of credit. Without their friendliness, thoughtfulness, and care for the property, this place could fall apart. Sonesta managament should give them a raise.

10/18/2025 2AM We had to leave in the middle of the night with three children and a 2-month-old baby because of a flea infestation. Management didn't want to give a full refund. The Public Health Department and Sonesta Corporate have been informed. Do not stay here. Update 10/18/2025 A full refund has now been issued, and the hotel emailed to say they're closing the room for pest control. That's a joke. The whole hotel is infested and should be shut down for pest control. Another man was trying to check out at the same time for the same issue, and a woman from the other side of the hotel came to the lobby scratching her arms.

After the long drive from El Paso, my family and I were exhausted, and we were relieved to get the last suite. The hotel was overbooked and there had been major booking mix-ups. They apparently didn't have my suite available, so ADRIANA at the front desk had to sort things out after I waited a bit. She could have said there were no rooms, but instead called her manager, checked every room that was out of service, and went upstairs to verify what was wrong with one. She found us a suite and went well out of her way to help. The customer service was amazing, and breakfast was just as good. Great staff and place to stay. We highly recommend it and will return when we're back in Dallas. Thank you, Adriana!

The freeway access is easy, and it was quiet and peaceful at night. Wheelchair access was good, and breakfast was complimentary every morning. The staff were friendly, but this was the most poorly managed of the Sonesta ES suites locations we've stayed at. We reserved a one-bedroom suite with a separate living room and sofa bed, yet there was no bedding for it. At the desk, I could only get a couple of sheets, and there weren't enough towels for more than two people either. They held $125 for incidentals at check-in, but store items couldn't be charged to the room, so I had to go back for cash or a card and wait in line just to buy a couple bottles of water. The staff member was courteous and tried another register, but couldn't log into it. There were maintenance issues too: torn blackout shades that need replacing, too few dishes, cutlery, flatware, and cooking pans. I enjoy staying at Sonesta ES suites, but this location was disappointing for upkeep.
