Ramada by Wyndham DFW Airport

The indoor pool and jacuzzi were a lifesaver during the winter storm, and I’ll definitely be back. I stayed six nights through the recent storm and found the hotel excellent. The shuttle was very convenient. Chloe at the front desk was professional, polite, efficient at check-in, and helpful with our questions. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the amazing cleaning staff came by every day. I was impressed by the breakfast buffet: tender chicken breast strips, a waffle maker, steak-cut fries, scrambled eggs, fruit, French toast, juices, and even custom omelets. Everything was delicious.

After a long travel day, the indoor pool and hot tub were fantastic for the kids and adults. There’s a bar and “restaurant” in the hotel open until midnight, which made it easy to get food late. The only complaint is that our food took about an hour to arrive after we ordered. Otherwise, it was great. Wonderful hotel with friendly, helpful staff.

Kishore the manager and Satish the shuttle driver were both friendly and personable, and check-in was easy. The staff answered my questions promptly and even helped when I got the time mixed up. After a warm shower, I was so comfortable in my spacious king-bed room that I thought I’d slept through my alarm! The hotel was clean, nicely decorated, and accessible, with plenty of amenities and a free shuttle. Great experience, and I’d easily come back.

The bed was so comfortable that I fell asleep as soon as I’d eaten. The room was spacious, and there were SO many TV channels. I’m from Korea, so finding K-dramas was such a nice surprise after a long day. We’d been traveling with American Airlines and had a really bad 12-hour delay, leaving us exhausted and needing to stay overnight in Dallas. This hotel made a stressful situation so much better. The shuttle driver was great and made us feel safe, and the hotel staff, especially Kishore, were kind and helpful. With all the airport restaurants closing, I thought we couldn’t use our food vouchers, but the hotel took them. The Italian restaurant was good, and the mushroom ravioli was fire. Nihari Haven, the Indian restaurant, was amazing too. The butter chicken had some spice and was super comforting. If I’d known Nihari Haven was open, I would’ve spent all my voucher money there, not gonna lie. The bartender was really friendly and sweet. Very comfortable stay during a stressful delay!
