TownePlace Suites by Marriott Dallas DFW Airport North/Irving

The mini kitchen came in handy since I’d brought food, and the bathroom had dependable hot water. My room was spacious and clean, with a comfortable bed and pillows. I stayed here to be near work during the January 2026 ice storm and had a good visit. Breakfast one morning was the usual included hotel breakfast. I’d recommend this TownPlace Suites.

We had a quiet, restful night before our flight, and the room and facility were clean. The front desk service was good, and the shuttle to DFW was convenient, though you need a reservation. It’s a handy place to park and fly. The bed was very comfortable, and the small kitchenette had a good-sized fridge and freezer for storing food. Highly recommend.

Stacy in the breakfast area was so kind when I asked for a manager’s card. I didn’t want to explain why with Danzel walking by, but when Stacy tried to find the card at the desk, he asked her, “what are you doing?” The whole thing was especially upsetting at 4:10am. His name tag was upside down, too. The previous night, 11/19, the woman at the front desk was very nice, but said the shuttle would come in about 30 minutes depending on traffic. She didn’t explain that it ran every hour on the dot. In the morning we asked Danzel about it, and he said the 4am shuttle had already left and the next one was at 5am. When I started explaining what the woman had told me, he cut me off and rudely said, “the lady last night ain't got nothing to do with me”. That two-minute interaction was awful. I used to supervise a front desk, so I know how it can be, but this was really poor.

My flight was cancelled and I needed somewhere to stay overnight. Kenia helped make that possible, and Tommy was wonderful with my food service. Thank you both for keeping me warm and safe through such a horrible situation. I recommend them 100%.
