This used to be a comfortable, quiet place, though it always needed a proper remodel. Now I hear work going on, but see no repairs. There have been fights on the balcony and two gunshots right beside my room, and the police weren't contacted. They don't ask for a phone number at check-in, and none of the rooms have phones. Some rooms have no microwave, and some fridges don't work. There are holes in the ceilings, walls, and doors, and everything is badly outdated. The sheets, towels, and clothes are heavily stained. The bathroom doesn't even get full size towels, just two washcloths, two hand towels, and sometimes one bath mat. The tub and furniture have severe cigarette burns, the furniture is falling apart, and the curtains hang badly and are taped up. I'm so disappointed and disgusted by the service, safety, facility, everything. Come on, Jackson. My hometown is turning into dirty, disrespectful, unprotected ruins. 😔💔🙏
