Comfort Inn & Suites Jackson Area

The hotel's decent aside from the stink bugs, and it has a pool, exercise room, and breakfast in the mornings. I travel for work and picked it because it was close to the hospital. My first stay was on the first floor. The room was a little old but clean, with no complaints. The second stay was on the third floor. After seeing three stink bugs in my room, I went out and got another one on the same floor. The new room seemed fine, but the next day I found another stink bug. They need to get that under control. I won't be coming back.

They've covered over the hot tub with a deck, so please remove it from the website amenities. The roof is being replaced too, but the website gave no indication of that. Hotels should have to post these details online. The parking lot was greatly reduced. We skipped dinner last night because we might not have been able to park when we returned. I wouldn't stay here unless you're willing to be in a hotel under renovation without calling first to find out the status.

Everything else was great, but the internet was terrible. Staff reset the router and tried other things, but the signal stayed weak. I had to use my hotspot and all my data.

For this price, it's a very nice place to stay. The rooms were quiet, clean, and comfortable, and breakfast was the usual hotel spread, scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage, and so on. If you expect more, I'd spend more. I'll stay here again.
