The front desk people were wonderful at both check-in and checkout. They were happy to see us and wished us well. We stayed one night, the beds were comfortable if you like them firm, and the rooms were clean. The complimentary breakfast was good and the area was kept nice. If we pass through again, we'll stop here.

It was fine, I guess. This place costs more than most hotels, motels, and Holiday Inns around here. The Wi-Fi was so-so and made you watch an ad to unlock it. The front desk computers were temperamental, and the elevator would probably make the Top 10 Slowest Elevator list.

The one good part was breakfast. Everything else made for a miserable night. We came to Jackson with our children because my mother-in-law had surgery early the next morning, and we live three hours away. Our 16-month-old had just fallen asleep when someone knocked and ran at 7:30, then it happened again at 11:30 pm. She barely slept and was upset all night. The beds were ridiculously hard, and at 3 am kids were running through the hallway screaming and laughing. The pool was so cold nobody could get in. We were very unhappy and won't book here again.

Room 128 was clean, quiet, and bug-free, and the WiFi and AC both worked well. The TV had old-school cable channels. I stayed 9-23-25, and at over $100 it wasn't a great deal, though it was doable.

Stopped for one night on a long drive from Dallas to DC. The room was spacious and really clean, and the price was good. The hotel is right off the highway. What a great place!
