You could hear everything through the thin walls, from the neighbors stomping upstairs to traffic and parking lot noise. The place wasn't clean either. I could still smell the previous renters' shower soap, and the cable never worked even after I reset it a few times. The ice machine in the freezer was broken, and the fridge leaked onto the floor. There's no central air, so the bedrooms get hot. Be careful with the ceiling fan in one bedroom, it swayed so much it looked like it might fall out. The lamp in there was broken and propped against the wall. Definitely not worth the money if you want to sleep.
