Fairfield Inn & Suites Jackson

The beds were very comfortable, and the shower had lots of room. The rooms were clean and the front desk staff were friendly. I'd stay again. The pool could use a vacuum and be a little warmer, and a few tiles on the bottom were out of place.

I paid for the room through Priceline, but they still had me swipe my card when I arrived. When the clerk asked me to do it again for incidentals, I thought that was what I'd just done. She said the first swipe was for the room, but I'd already paid. She told me to contact the night-shift clerk. I did that, then contacted the day-shift clerk and called again the next day, but I still haven't gotten my money back. I even showed proof that I'd paid for the room twice. They won't refund me. Absolutely don't stay here!

Thanks for taking the time to check carefully for my coat and keep me posted. I appreciated your call back, letting me come up to look, and trying to help even though the coat wasn't there in the end. Your cooperation and professionalism meant a lot. Thanks again.

We stayed four days and didn't get room service. They told me I had to bring towels to the front desk to get fresh ones. When I asked about food that wasn't available for the buffet-style breakfast, I was told this wasn't a buffet. The bed pillows were tiny and didn't do much.
