We're locals from West Tennessee and like Vicari Restaurant on the hotel's ground floor for a date-night dinner or my husband's business meals with colleagues. We especially like the lobster ravioli, and the brownie with ice cream is satisfying too.

I'm staying long term at the Hyatt place while traveling for work, and Kenny at the front desk has been so kind and helpful. The hotel makes guests feel welcome, and I really appreciate how accommodating they've been. I'd absolutely recommend it.

The second floor is set aside for people using The Ronald McDonald House service through the hotel's partnership with them. They provide a very good service, and that alone is enough for me to recommend staying here. The hotel is brand new, with super-comfy beds, a combination safe in every room, and double shades for blocking out the light. The free hot breakfast for guests is very good, and the price is right. I haven't tried it, but I understand that the bar gets lively after sundown and the restaurant puts on white linen for a more elevated dinner. It's a great hotel, very close to JMCGH.

The location worked perfectly for my job. The restaurant on the main floor was amazing, and service from both the restaurant and hotel was great.
