The living room couches and chairs are hard as rocks and really uncomfortable. Still, as owners for over 37 years, we were pleased that the staff remain awesome and on top of things around the office and property. Snow was always cleared, and the exchanged towels and linens were fresh. Everything was spotlessly clean. We also really liked the updated mini-split heating units, which kept the living area comfortable. The newer windows were nice too, though several still let in drafts. All in all, well done.

The location is fantastic, within walking distance of everything we wanted to do in Jackson Town. The rooms were clean and comfortable, dated but adequate, and the fireplace was great. The hot tub was closed for repairs at the end of ski season. The office was mostly closed and didn’t have many people around, and parking was limited.

The room was nice and the beds were comfortable, but we chose this place for the hot tub, jacuzzi, and sauna, and all three were closed. We knew the outdoor pool would be closed in October, but the website didn’t mention the other amenities being out of service, and nobody notified upcoming guests. The check-in clerk was robotic, unfriendly, and unhelpful. They put us upstairs after saying no downstairs rooms were available, though we saw several downstairs rooms sitting empty all week. I don’t know why we couldn’t have one as requested. There are 24 units that I could see but only 17 parking spots plus one accessible spot. Parking is first come, first served, and it’s hard to find street parking with all the 2am to 6am no-parking signs, even in shoulder season. They shut off our water without warning while my husband was in the shower with soap in his hair and beard. The dryers in the unit were broken. We would have paid $2.50 for a full load there, but had to spend $7 at a laundromat instead. It would have been useful to know these things before packing. The condo is right beside the highway, and we could hear every car, truck, and semi even with the windows shut, so it’s not for light sleepers or anyone wanting quiet. The replacement bags for the kitchen trash were so small they barely held anything and tore easily.

The rooms were clean, but the place looked tired and outdated. Our room faced a rental car wash. Parking was extremely limited, and three out of our five nights we had to take our chances on the street. The written policy says one space per room and a display tag is required, with cars without one threatened with towing, but cars without tags were still allowed to park and weren’t towed. Two trucks were even allowed to take up two spots while there to fix the hot tub. Meanwhile, guests were left to fend for themselves in an unfamiliar town. Calls to the office went nowhere, and the desk clerk was rude and kept saying there was nothing she could do. Luckily, it was September and we weren’t towed, but the parking situation caused a lot of anxiety. I’d never stay there again.

The hot tub was a great way to unwind after a long day skiing, and the drive to Jackson Hole Resort was easy and beautiful. The rooms are right in the middle of Downtown Jackson, and the other residents were very nice. A window started leaking a little, but they fixed it quickly. It was really affordable too, and I’ll definitely come back.
