Multi Resorts at Jackson Pines

The location is close to everything, and the couch is nice. Hot water made for wonderful showers. But we were told the units sleep four, and they felt incredibly small. Fine for a couple, no more. There's hardly any storage: just an armoire and three drawers for clothes, no closets, and no kitchen cabinet space because every cabinet is full. There's room along the wall for skis, jackets, and maybe boots. The pullout bed only had a very thin blanket, and there weren't enough blankets. The heater is set between 65 and 68. There's no air conditioning, though I'm not sure you'd ever need it.

The sofa bed mattress was rough to sleep on and really needs replacing. The bedroom mattresses were decent, but could use replacement too. Even so, we'd stay here again. We were five people at condo #14 in Jackson Hole. It was clean and quite decent, if not a Four Season Hotel. There were two full bedrooms and bathrooms, plus a living area with a pullout sofa, dining area, and kitchen with the basics. Bedding for the pullout was in the TV armoire. The bathrooms weren't large but were nicely done. We got extra towels and bedding when we asked, and they let us leave our bags in the office before early check-in. Downtown shops and restaurants were all within walking distance.

UPDATE Feb 2019: The snow removal is lousy, and there's no one in the office to talk to when upstairs neighbors jump around for an hour, yell "I love you" at midnight while running up and down the wooden walkway, or blast really bad pop music. Nothing has been fixed in over a year. I wouldn't recommend this place anymore. The room itself isn't bad and has nice underfloor heating, but the mattresses are standard hotel ones and the couch is lumpy. There's no snow removal or handrail on the steps.

The location is phenomenal, with most of the city within walking distance and convenient parking right out front. The suite is older in style but pleasant. Wi-Fi worked well, and even though there are few staff on site, the customer service is great and the staff are really pleasant on the phone. The room key lockbox system is strange and makes me a little uncomfortable. Otherwise, it was a great experience.
