Mountain Modern Jackson Hole

The hot chocolate at the cute bar downstairs was delicious. We also loved how close the place is to Main Street. Our deluxe king room was modern and nicely designed, with plenty of closet space for our things and a separate spot for snow gear. It was very spacious, too. We stayed a couple of nights, and the outdoor pool and hot tub were at a wonderful temperature after a full day of activities. The locker rooms were spotless and had all the essentials. ❤️

The staff were friendly and helpful, and the modern rooms have a lot of style. We had a King Deluxe Room just above the restaurant and coffee bar, which made grabbing breakfast in the morning really convenient. Triple M was a great place to stay. There are both an outdoor hot tub and heated pool, plus an indoor hot tub and heated pool, so you can choose what you like. Thanks again, we'd recommend it 100%.

We paid for a 3 p.m. late checkout, went to lunch at 12:30, and came back at 2 to find our room cards had already been turned off. They know the hotel is noisy, too, since they hand out earplugs for sleeping. You could get better accommodations at Antler Inn, or spend about $100 more a night to stay somewhere nicer. I'm glad Delta paid. If I'd been paying, I would've checked out and slept in my car for the same level of luxury. Delta put us up here after our travel plans fell apart. I've visited Jackson many times and had wanted to try this hotel since it opened a few years ago, but I always stayed with my usual picks. I was excited, then immediately disappointed. The front desk staff were rude to the several displaced travelers checking in, weren't accommodating, and didn't know what the hotel offered. Triple M stops serving food at 8 p.m., not 9, which is only for drinks. Breakfast was delayed, and lunch wasn't served until 1. Paying for late checkout seemed a bit unfair, given they have a contract with an airline and this sort of situation can happen.

The location was just right, close to everything in town but still quiet and relaxed. The room felt fresh and modern, and was clean and comfortable. My husband and I had a great stay, and the staff were friendly and helpful the whole time. Highly recommend it for a convenient, comfortable visit.
