The evening and night staff were great, as was the front desk team, but maintenance really needs to be improved. Doors had been bolted together instead of replaced, duct tape was holding service access panels closed, and switch covers weren't secure. The whirlpool tub had no working plug or other way to keep water in. They need a maintenance person who is as good as the front desk staff.

The breakfast was simple and delicious, just right to fuel us for travel. Staff were friendly and welcoming, and the bed was clean and comfortable. Our door lock wasn't working, but the staff handled it graciously. It was almost everything we paid for.

We booked at the last minute for our family of three and got a king suite with a big jacuzzi tub. The pool area was great. Our room was clean enough, though the carpets and tub could use a deep clean, especially for the price. It did the job for the night, but I'm not sure I'd stay again.

I spend most of the year in hotels for work, and I look for safety, cleanliness, comfort, and friendly people, in that order. This hotel had all of that. It's not perfect, of course, but it's good, and I'd come back. I could live in a room here for a few months. The people were nice, and there are some places to eat nearby. I'm not sure where the negative reviews came from.

Good value, nothing fancy, but it does the job for a Quality Inn. The breakfast was better than at some more expensive hotels. Overall cleanliness was about 7 out of 10. The sheets and towels were very clean, while the carpets and tub could have used a deeper scrub.
